Study on the Dynamic Evolution of Through-Crack in the Double Hole of Elliptical Bipolar Linear-Shaped Charge Blasting

Seeking the law of through-crack in double hole shaped charge can help reveal rock failure mechanism directional controlled blasting. Using LS-DYNA numerical simulation analysis, dynamic mechanical behaviors double-hole crack development and penetration elliptical bipolar linear-shaped blasting ordinary were compared studied. The results showed that it was difficult to form a straight line through holes under blasting, while easy cause over-under-excavation problems. had significant effect on formation crack. penetrated along connecting center two holes. main growth tensile fracture mode, explosion gas important driving force for continuous growth. produced fewer cracks nonenergy-accumulating direction, which could effectively reduce damage retained mass.
